Balcony looks down over the building's pool deck, useful in summer for assessing whether you can be bothered going down. Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, ergonomic workspace; it's set up for the work-from-anywhere crowd as much as for tourists.
Ten minutes to the CBD by Uber or fifteen by light rail. Walking distance to Sydney Park, Erskineville's restaurants, and the East Village shopping. Green Square Metro is at the door.
