Tracy, founder of Revibe Agency

Sydney hosting,
done with care.

A boutique Airbnb co-host running a small, deliberately curated portfolio of Sydney homes.

Our story

It started with two properties, and two very different lessons.

Revibe Agency formally opened to other owners just over a year ago. The experience behind it didn't start there, and it didn't start neatly either.

Tracy's background isn't accidental either. A career in marketing and trade activations, with a short stint at Expedia in market management during university. The instinct for what makes a listing convert, and the understanding of how online travel platforms actually work, transferred directly to hosting.

It started with two properties, each teaching us something different.

The first was a lakeside investment property on the Central Coast. We listed it ourselves, tested what worked, then did what a lot of owners eventually consider. We handed it over to one of the largest short-term rental management companies in the country. A thousand-plus properties in their portfolio. Surely they would know what they were doing. Over the critical November to December period (peak summer, the months that effectively make or break the year) the property got no bookings.

We took back control, and haven't looked back.

The second property, a one-bedroom apartment in Sydney, was a different kind of test. Where the lakeside taught us what big agencies quietly miss strategically, the Sydney apartment taught us the operational reality of hosting in a real building: key handovers, strata involvement, coordinating cleaners around lift bookings, and a hundred other small things you only learn by doing them yourself.

That's where Revibe Agency actually came from. We knew what we'd been missing under the big agency, and we knew the operational craft of running properties in real Sydney conditions. When friends started asking us to manage their places, we said yes carefully. Then a referral became two, two became five, and Revibe Agency formalised what was already happening informally.

A year in, we manage 20+ Sydney homes. The portfolio is deliberately small, and the standard is deliberately high.

We still host our own properties on Airbnb. We think that matters. It means we don't sell owners on systems and processes we wouldn't trust with our own homes, and we don't recommend pricing strategies we haven't tested ourselves. When we tell an owner "this welcome book change will lift your reviews", it's because we've watched it happen on our own listings.

For guests booking with us, that translates to one simple thing: every property in this collection is hosted by people who genuinely care whether your stay is good.

A few things about Tracy

Off the official bio,
here's the rest.

What we believe

Three things we'd write on the wall

Hospitality is personal

Guests can tell within five minutes whether the host actually cares. We make sure they can tell.

Small is a feature

A boutique portfolio means every property gets attention a managed-at-scale property never could.

Owners deserve quiet weekends

If we're doing our job, you barely hear from us. Your share lands in your account with each booking and the rest takes care of itself.
