Three bedrooms (sleeps six), one and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, dining for eight, big living room opening to the pool deck. BBQ, sun loungers, the lot. The jetty fits a tinnie or kayaks; bring or hire.
Twenty minutes to Surfers Paradise, fifteen to Sanctuary Cove, thirty to Coolangatta Airport. The estate is quiet, secure, and frequented by families.
What we love about this place

- Gold Coast guests think 'beach' but the canals are where you actually relax
